
Julie Ellen "Tawny", Kitaen, was an American actress, model and media celebrity. She was born on May 7, 1961, to May 7 2021. Her acting career in television started with Malibu (1983) as well as California Girls (1985). She also appeared as Gwendoline, a comedy character in the Land of the Yik-Yak (both 1984) as well as Bachelor Party (1985). Kitaen has gained a wide recognition due to her role in numerous music videos featuring heavy metal, including Ratt's (1984) "Back for More", Whitesnake ?Ts ("Still of the Night") and Whitesnake's ("Is This Love") (all 1987). In the early 2000s, Kitaen was first seen on reality TV series including Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew (2008) that highlighted Kitaen's struggles with addiction. Julie Kitaen was born in San Diego, California, in 1961. She is the oldest of three children born to Linda Kitaen (nee Taylor), who was a housewife and beauty contest participant once, and Terry Kitaen. Kitaen works for a neon sign company. As a child, she struggled with dyslexia, which eventually led her dropping out of Mission Bay High School. 7 years old, she was at 14 years old, with backstage passes following an Peter Frampton concert at Balboa Stadium, she was able to witness the privileged treatment given to Frampton's wife Penny and wanted to be a part of it for herself.
